Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Clear Path Advizory provides tax support, advizory services, and website-based enquiries.
1. Scope of Services
Clear Path Advizory provides support for Form 12, Form 11, CGT filing, PAYE tax planning, finance career guidance, and IT training direction. Service scope is limited to the package or engagement agreed with the client.
2. Client Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents you provide are accurate, complete, and up to date. Work completed on the basis of incomplete or incorrect information may affect the outcome of a filing or recommendation.
3. Tax Filing Responsibility
Where we assist with tax filings, the client remains responsible for reviewing and approving information before submission. Unless separately agreed in writing, Clear Path Advizory does not act as a legal representative or regulated filing agent for every matter.
4. Revenue-Related Services
Our services are designed around Irish Revenue processes for Form 11, Form 12, and CGT-related obligations. However, tax laws, filing obligations, and Revenue guidance can change, so clients should review final outputs and deadlines carefully.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees are stated on the website or agreed directly before work begins. Payment terms may require advance payment, part-payment, or payment prior to delivery depending on the service type.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel before work begins. Once advizory or filing work has materially started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable depending on the stage of work completed.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR and Irish data protection rules. Details about how information is collected, used, stored, and retained are explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Confidentiality
Client information is handled confidentially and shared only where necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, or where the client has given permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
adivzory services are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. CLEAR PATH ADVIZORY is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate client information, third-party service failures, or changes in law or Revenue practice after advice is given.
10. Website Use
The website content is general information and does not by itself create a client relationship. No material on the site should be treated as formal legal, tax, or regulated financial advice without a direct engagement.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will apply from the date published on this page.
12. Contact
